For over 20 years, I have been building and leading B2B sales organisations in Switzerland, in both direct and indirect sales, within international groups and SMEs in demanding environments. My common thread: transforming transactional models into sustainable recurring revenue platforms.
Current situation: Actively seeking a position as Head of Sales, Sales Director or Head of Business Unit in Switzerland. Since October 2025, I have been working in parallel as an independent consultant supporting executives in their career transition (CV, LinkedIn, network strategy).
I drove this transformation end to end at Graphax (2021–2025), from a hardware client base to SaaS solutions and managed services, with a portfolio of CHF 25–35M and contractual deployments across 10 to 15 countries.
At Canon (2012–2020), I built and led teams of 12 to 15 sales people across two regions, restructured the sales force into three specialised profiles (AM, KAM, Inside Sales), and represented Switzerland in Canon's European CRM Taskforce in London.
As founder and CEO of Amixi SA, a certified Xerox dealer for the Aargau region, I built a company from scratch with full P&L responsibility, recruited and managed a team of 5 people in 3 years. This experience shaped my global view of organisations, my results-driven culture and my pragmatic approach to execution.
I lead with high standards and humanity. I believe that collective performance stems from individual growth, which is why developing people is at the heart of my approach. Bilingual French/German, mobile across the whole of Switzerland, I am equally at ease in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.
