I took over established sales teams, people who had been there for 10, 20, sometimes 30 years, and helped them move. Not by dismantling what worked, but by earning enough trust to introduce what was missing.
At Graphax, I led the full transition from a transactional hardware model to recurring SaaS revenues, across a portfolio of CHF 25 to 35M. A key account grew from 800 to 2,400 installed units. A European framework agreement signed across 15 countries. A major public sector contract won. Our win rate on tenders we chose to enter went up significantly, because we stopped chasing every opportunity and started focusing on the ones where we had a genuine advantage.
