For over 20 years, I have been building and leading B2B sales organisations in Switzerland. What sets me apart: I have driven the complete transformation from a transactional hardware model to recurring SaaS revenues, end to end, with the results to prove it.

At Graphax, I led this transition across a CHF 25 to 35M portfolio, developing a major accounts base across the private sector, public sector and international clients, and deploying complex SaaS solutions across 10 to 15 countries through European framework agreements.

What I build: high-performing sales teams in direct and indirect selling, recurring revenue strategies, and complex B2B sales cycles at C-Level, in both French and German, across the whole of Switzerland.
